RBO PrintLogistix is led by a team of experienced professionals with years of knowledge in multiple aspects of enterprise printing.
President & CEO
Jim Riley has been in the print and print management industry since 1974. He started his career with The Standard Register Co. as a trainee in Minneapolis. Sensing there was a better way to service his varied clients' needs, he launched the predecessor of RBO PrintLogistix in late 1985. As President & CEO, his vision has led the expansion of RBO from a business forms distributor into an integrated marketing services provider, growing from two employees to over 65 today. Under his leadership, RBO is one of the largest and fastest growing print management companies in the United States.
Jim has served on the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA) Board of Directors for eight years and as President in 2007. He also founded Laserband, the leading global provider of patient identification wristbands and wristband technologies that healthcare organizations use to improve safety for millions of patients around the world. Jim is a graduate of St. Thomas University.
Ivan T. Vassilev
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Ivan manages RBO’s accounting and financial functions and processes. He oversees the Customer Service, Warehouse and Digital Output Center teams. Ivan has over 15 years of public accounting and corporate finance experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from Truman State University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Dave Hunnius joined RBO PrintLogistix in May 2015 to lead our sales organization. After 10 highly successful selling years with Duplex Products, Dave was elevated into key sales management and executive management roles over the next 13 years with Relizon/WorkflowOne, Vertis Communications and Hess Print Solutions. His high-performing sales teams delivered top results that far exceeded the company’s sales goals. Most recently, Dave was with Cenveo Corporation as their Senior Vice President of Sales. In that role, he helped lead a major operational expansion while also building the top sales team in the print business unit for 2014.
Dave has deep experience and expertise across our entire platform of solutions including our promotional products and technology offerings. His selling teams are known for delivering world-class, high-value solutions while solving their customers’ most significant business challenges. He is trained and certified in Lean/Six Sigma as a Yellow and Green Belt. Dave graduated Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Customer Service Manager
Renita has overall responsibility for our customer service team and distribution center. Renita makes sure we have the necessary systems and service staff in place to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Renita has over 13 years of experience in our industry – 8 of those years at RBO.
Director of Procurement
As Director of Procurement, Patty is responsible for managing vendor relations, freight programs, and overseeing the RBO Promotional Products Department. Patty has 20+ years' previous buying experience in the manufacturing, retail, and print industries. She has worked at RBO for six years and has been instrumental in creating programs to improve processes, reducing internal expenses and managing our procurement programs.
Digital Production Manager
As print services manager, Craig is responsible for managing RBO’s Digital Output Center. Craig comes to RBO with more than 25 years of experience in the printing industry. He has extensive managerial experience as well as a detailed knowledge of print production, purchasing, estimating, sales promotion, direct mail, and warehouse management. He is an expert at consistently exceeding customer expectations to best ensure customer satisfaction.
Following a legal practice of over twenty-five years in which Ed acted as counsel for a myriad of diverse industries, he started EJG Consulting, which specializes in tailored business advice for specific businesses and industries. At RBO, the focus is on the core activities of the business, its growth and product enhancements. Ed is a graduate of St. Louis University (J.D.) and the University of Notre Dame (B.A).
