President & CEO
Jim Riley has been in the print and print management industry since 1974. He started his career with The Standard Register Co. as a trainee in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sensing there was a better way to service his varied clients' needs, he launched the predecessor of RBO PrintLogistix in late 1985 in St Louis. As President & CEO, his vision has led the expansion of RBO from a traditional print distributor into an integrated marketing services provider, growing from two employees to over 65 today. Under his leadership, RBO is one of the largest and fastest growing print and promotional management companies in the United States.
Jim has served on the Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA) Board of Directors for eight years and as their President in 2007. He also founded and led LaserBand, LLC in 1999 until it was sold to Zebra Technologies in 2012. LaserBand is the leading global provider of patient identification wristbands and wristband technologies that healthcare organizations use to improve safety for millions of patients around the world. Jim is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas.
Ivan T. Vassilev
Chief Operating Officer
Ivan Vassilev leads the Accounting, Customer Support, the Distribution Center and Digital Output Center teams. Ivan has 20+ years of public accounting and corporate finance experience. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in Accountancy from Truman State University.
Chief Revenue Officer
David Hunnius leads and manages the Sales, Promotional Products, Procurement, and Print Analytics teams. David has deep experience and expertise across the entire platform of solutions including our promotional products and technology offerings. His teams are known for delivering world-class, high-value solutions while solving their customers’ most significant business challenges. David has over 28 years’ experience in our industry and is trained and certified in Lean/Six Sigma as a Yellow and Green Belt. David graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a BSBA in Marketing.
Customer Service Manager
Renita Watkins manages the Customer Support team. Renita ensures we have the necessary systems and support staff in place to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Renita has 20+ years of experience in our industry.
Digital Production Manager
Craig Kiburz is responsible for managing RBO’s Digital Output Center and Large Format Visual Solutions team. Craig has 30+ years of experience in the printing industry. He has extensive managerial experience as well as a detailed knowledge of print production, purchasing, estimating, sales promotion, direct mail, and warehouse management. He is an expert at consistently exceeding expectations to best ensure customer satisfaction.
Director of Marketing Services and Technology
Brad Garlich manages RBO’s talented team of designers and technologists. Brad has extensive experience in content creation and design, team empowerment and leadership, project management, and implementing technology and process solutions. By leveraging his over 25 years of industry experience, Brad guides the efforts of his stellar Creative Technologies team to fully serve their clientele. He’s also a serious comic book nut and has been known to leave more doodles of monsters and killer robots laying around than probably necessary.
Director of Human Resources
Stacie Elliott manages and performs the duties of human resources at RBO. Stacie is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all employee benefit plans, recruiting, employee training and development, employee relations, payroll, annual performance management, administration and compliance to all company policies. In addition, Stacie handles all facility management responsibilities. Stacie is an experienced professional with 12+ years of human resource and accounting experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree with cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
Ed Griesedieck is legal counsel for a myriad of diverse industries such as printing, logistic, automotive, construction and real estate. In conjunction with that work, he has developed an expertise in business negotiation, contract work and transactional matters. Ed started EJG Legal Consulting, which specializes in providing tailored business advice for specific businesses and industries. At RBO, his focus is on the core activities of the business, its growth and product enhancements. Ed is a graduate of St. Louis University (J.D.) and the University of Notre Dame (B.A).
