An Account Manager is responsible for the daily execution of projects to ensure our client’s expectations and goals are met.


  • Build and maintain great working relationships with clients, vendors and internal team
  • Over see the execution of projects to ensure the client’s expectations and goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with the internal team in project development, planning and problem-solving to find creative solutions to any complex issues our clients may be facing
  • Clearly outline and communicate schedules to clients and vendors
  • Work with vendors and internal team to ensure they have all the information that they need to produce awarded projects from estimating through invoicing
  • Manage all aspects of the direct mail process including data processing, prepress, print (Offset and Digital), Bindery, Finishing, Kitting and Shipping
  • Track key deliverables throughout the project process to ensure all due dates are met.
  • Inventory Management, including monitoring inventory at all RBO, client and vendor facilities.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Understand direct mail terminology and USPS requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products specifically Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client, vendors, and internal team


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in related area (Marketing, Communications) or GED with at least 3+ years of account management/customer
    service experience in the printing, direct mail and/or promo industry.
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus specifically Foundry OrderForge and/or Oracle NetSuite
