Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the service level of assigned accounts  
  • Be the liaison between assigned clients and the internal team
  • Maintain client profitability based on RBO guidelines
  • Assist Account Director with client account strategies and planning
      o   Assist with project plan creation for onboarding of awarded business,  working with the team to ensure successful implementation
      o   Manage the client quoting process including vendor pricing compilation
      o   Ability to prepare complicated promotional products presentations  based on client objectives, including suggestions, pricing, sourcing, and distribution
       o   Lead client meetings including quarterly or semi-annual business  reviews
       o   Monitor and evaluate industry trends and advise clients as needed
  • Assist with providing awarded business leadership to client
      o   Assist with creation and review of NetSuite data metrics/reporting
       o   Use NetSuite metrics to advise the client on business trends and areas  where we could make improvements
  • Provide support to internal team on awarded business
       o   Provide clear instructions so that client expectations are understood
       o   Lead workflow development and project outline
       o   Assist on client issue resolution and challenges as needed
  • Assist with overall client growth and new opportunities including:
       o   Identify new leads and explore additional business opportunities
       o   Present concepts and summarize opportunities back to the client
       o  Assist in management of proposal response process, including RFP requirements, pricing, content creation, and data collection across all departments
       o  Ability to handle contract negotiation with assigned accounts
  • Other duties as assigned or required by assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with course work in related area (Marketing, Communications)
  • At least 5+ years of account management/customer service experience in the printing, direct mail and/or promo industry.
