Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize production work through PrintSmith
• Pre-flight all work prior to production by following the most efficient path to modify artwork to achieve acceptable and predictable results.
• Generate customer proofs when requested to ensure client satisfaction and obtain signed proof approval prior to running the job.
  
• Complete final inspection on all printed jobs to ensure that the job is created correctly and consistently throughout the production run.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Responsible for the quality and productivity of all digital print equipment to ensure maximum performance of the equipment between regular maintenance calls.
• Consult with print services team as necessary to ensure customer expectations can be met prior to running a job.
• Occasionally assist in bindery as needed.
• Assist in keeping print shop clean and orderly.
  
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of digital print experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Demonstrate superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
  
• Work well as a team player.
  
• Exceptional organization skills
