An Account Manager is responsible for the daily execution of projects to ensure our client’s expectations and goals are met.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team
Monitor client profitability based on RBO guidelines – work with Account Director to ensure we are meeting RBO profitability guidelines
Enter sales orders to client specifications
Oversee the execution of orders to ensure the client’s expectations are achieved
Assist Account Director with the management of the client quoting process including vendor pricing compilation
Clearly outline and communicate schedules to clients
Track and communicate key deliverables to ensure all due dates are met
Maintenance of client storefronts, including user setup and item creation
Manage all aspects of the order process including prepress, print (offset and digital), bindery, finishing, kitting, and shipping
Work with vendors to ensure they have all the information that they need to produce orders
Responsible for creating vendor work orders or purchase orders
Working with vendors to obtain schedules and pricing
Ability to prepare basic promotional products presentations based on client objectives, including suggestions, pricing, sourcing, and distribution
Inventory management, including monitoring inventory at all RBO, client, and vendor facilities
Participate in client planning and strategy sessions
Assist with Quarterly Business Review and Annual Business Review metrics gathering

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in a related area (Marketing, Communications) or GED with at least 3+ years of account management/customer service experience in the printing, direct mail, and/or promo industry
Ecommerce experience is a plus
Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus
