Account Manager

An Account Manager is responsible for the daily execution of projects to ensure our client’s expectations and goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain great working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team
  • Oversee the execution of projects to ensure the client’s expectations and goals are achieved
  • Collaborate with the internal team in project development, planning, and problem-solving to find creative solutions to any complex issues our clients may be facing
  • Clearly outline and communicate schedules to clients and vendors
  • Work with vendors and internal team to ensure they have all the information that they need to produce awarded projects from estimating through invoicing
  • Maintenance of client storefronts, including user setup, item creation, and all aspects of order processing
  • Prepare promotional products presentations based on client objectives, including suggestions, pricing, sourcing, and distribution
  • Manage all aspects of the project process including prepress, print (Offset and Digital), bindery, finishing, kitting, and shipping
  • Track key deliverables throughout the project process to ensure all due dates are met
  • Inventory Management, including monitoring inventory at all RBO, client, and vendor facilities
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in a related area (Marketing, Communications) or GED with at least 3+ years of account management/customer service experience in the printing, direct mail, and/or promo industry
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus
  • Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus
