Junior Account Manager

A Junior Account Manager is responsible for assisting with the execution of projects to ensure our client’s expectations and goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team
  • Assist with entry of sales orders based on client specifications
  • Assist Account Director with the management of the client quoting process as directed
  • Clearly outline and communicate schedules to internal team and clients
  • Track and communicate key deliverables to ensure all due dates are met
  • Assist with maintenance of client storefronts, including user setup and item creation
  • Assist with management of the order process including prepress, print (offset and digital), bindery, finishing, kitting, and shipping
  • Work with vendors to ensure they have all the information that they need to produce orders
  • Assist with creation of vendor work orders or purchase orders
  • Working with vendors to obtain schedules
  • Assist with basic promotional products presentation preparation based on client objectives, including suggestions and sourcing.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring inventory at all RBO, client, and vendor facilities
  • Participate in client planning and strategy sessions
  • Assist with Quarterly Business Review and Annual Business Review metrics gathering
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
  • Ability to communicate with client, vendors, and internal team as directed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with coursework in related area (Marketing, Communications) or GED with at least 2+ years of work experience
  • Ecommerce knowledge is a plus
  • Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus
